Your personal data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

By using Sk8time, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, login credentials)
Scheduling and booking data
Profile information provided by users
Student profile information provided by parents or guardians, which may include a students name, date of birth, age, gender, and other optional information to support coaching, progress tracking, and performance benchmarking.
Payment related metadata and service identifiers necessary to support payment processing and other platform functionality.
Coaches and students information as necessary to provide scheduling and lesson management features.

Manage scheduling between coaches and students
Process payments and subscriptions
Improve platform functionality and user experience

Phone Number & Text Message Policy

We will never sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes. If you provide a phone number and opt in to text notifications in your profile, we will only send you SMS messages related to your lessons (such as reminders, schedule changes, and updates from your coaches). You can disable text notifications at any time by updating your profile settings.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:

Coaches and their students to communicate and coordinate lessons
Student profile information is shared only with the parent or guardian, the students assigned coach, and authorized Sk8Time administrators when necessary to provide support, maintain the platform, or troubleshoot technical issues.
Service providers (e.g. Stripe for payments)
Legal authorities when required by law

4. Administrative Access

Authorized Sk8Time administrators may access account information and application data when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and support the platform. This access may be used to investigate reported issues, troubleshoot technical problems, respond to customer support requests, diagnose system errors, or comply with legal obligations.

Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel and is used only when necessary to provide or improve the service. We do not access user accounts for marketing purposes or sell personal information to third parties.

5. Charges and Payments (Stripe)

Credit card charges and Bank Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store any banking or payment card details.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Some minimal data may be retained to prevent abuse or duplicate accounts unless full removal is requested.
